Payment

We accept money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), and credit cards or electronic checks through PayPal. Personal checks are accepted, but check has to clear before item(s) can be shipped.

Orders via credit cards will get you your item the fastest. We prefer these methods of payment.

Shipping

Regular shipping for domestic orders is via UPS Ground.
Cost: $6.00 + 10% of order

Arrival Time: Guaranteed 1-7 business days, depending on your distance from Pennsylvania. Guarantees provided by shipping carrier, not by OriginalHipster.com. The exact date of arrival can be found by checking our UPS Ground Time-In-Transit map.

$10 will be added to all orders outside the continental USA.

Shipping costs are not refundable on returned items.

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.


Return Policy

Domestic Returns:

All returns must be shipped within 24 hours of delivery. Items returned after this time may not be accepted. OriginalHipster.com does not issue refunds. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.

In order to return an item, you must:

1. E-mail us at returns@originalhipster.com within 12 hours of delivery of the item.
2. In the e-mail describe in detail any problem with the garment (Note: flaws or stains already described on the Site in the item description are not permissible grounds for returning the item).
3. Return the merchandise via the same carrier that delivered the item to you.
4. Email the carrier tracking number to returns@originalhipster.com within 48 hours of the time the item was delivered to.
5. The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
6. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns:

We currently will not accept returns for international purchases.

Our site sells exclusively vintage and antique garments as collectables. By purchasing from our site, you acknowledge that you are aware of the following:

Vintage clothing is not often in perfect condition and is sold as is.

Items may have flaws, including but not limited to stains and repairs.

Items are used and most likely have been previously worn, unless otherwise indicated.

Items may not be cleaned in our care if they are in presentable condition.

No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item.
